Renting a projector from Projector123.com is as easy as 1-2-3. Here’s a simple run-down of what you can expect and how the process works.

- Enter the dates you need the projector (i.e., if you need it Sat., Aug. 8, 2009, that is the date you would enter when placing your order).

- Enter your shipping and billing information.

Your projector will be shipped to you via FedEx to arrive the day before you need it (so if you need it on Sat., you will receive the projector on Friday at no extra cost).

When your event is over, just place the projector back into the same box it arrived in, affix the pre-paid FedEx return label, and drop it off at any FedEx location or drop box.

If you’re renting over the weekend (Friday through Sunday), you’ve scored!
Weekend rentals give you more bang for your buck, because when you place an order with a “Start Date” of Friday and an “End Date” of Sunday, you’ll receive your projector on Thursday, and return it to a FedEx location on Monday.
In other words, the weekend rate means you can use the projector for 4 days and you only pay the 1-day rental fee of $99 or $149 (depending on which unit you choose.)
